Entry requirements and letters of invitation.
Whether you need an entry visa depends on your nationality and the purpose of your stay.
Check with the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate, or read the guidance from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Apply as early as you can: processing takes several weeks in some countries.
Invitation letter
Registered attendees can request a letter of invitation. Write to contact@wipda-asia2027.org with your full name as it appears in your passport, your affiliation, your registration number, and your paper number if you have one. A letter of invitation does not guarantee that a visa will be granted.
