Paper submission
Abstract format, template, and the submission system.
Your abstract is what reviewers use to judge the contribution your work makes to the workshop. The degree of novelty is one of the major evaluation criteria.
Format
The abstract is four A4 pages, written with the workshop template and converted to PDF before submission:
- Page 1 — text, in three sections: Summary, Background and motivation, Methodology and results
- Pages 2 and 3 — figures only. Use the captions as a tool in their own right: they can carry information that complements the text
- Page 4 — references, in the usual IEEE style
Keep the Summary to about 1000 characters including spaces, and make it self-contained: that section is the text printed in the abstract book handed out at the workshop. State clearly there what is new and original in your work. Do not change the font style or size of the template.
Report existing results only, not anticipated ones, and do not submit work already published elsewhere, at a conference or in a journal.

Final paper
Authors of accepted abstracts submit a final manuscript of 4 to 6 pages, including figures and references, using the IEEE conference template (A4). The final paper is checked with IEEE PDF eXpress, and the copyright transfer is signed inside the submission system. At least one author must hold a full registration for the paper to enter the proceedings.
